It's Not The Size Of The Panel, But...

THIS. This is something I'd wanted to do for eeeeeeeever. But never got around to it, mostly because 10 years ago, resolution sizes were typically smaller.

I toyed around with a couple different sizes on this, and this is what I settled on -- I decided putting the smaller first panel in the strip would help show the difference in sizes in the old panels, compared to the new ones. :) The width isn't much bigger, but the height allows for easier placement of the text boxes -- especially now that I'm actually making the strips using a slightly larger font size.

Remember when I used to talk about games and stuff down here? I think I'mma start doing that again periodically. :) Not tonite, though -- this blurb's already wordy enough. =P

I honestly hope you all enjoy the new format for the comic, and have been enjoying the new strips. I plan on keeping this going as long as I can, this time -- no end in sight! :D

Probably my first 'worthwhile' contribution to this comic is the 'it's bigger on the inside' suggestion, which Ayasu made even better.

This is more or less the process that's going on for every strip, we have a rough idea, we find some of the best/worst pun or joke to go with it, and then Ayasu makes it live. But Ayasu already had 2 strips done, and already planned out several more. So my contributions were, to put it politely, unnecessary up to that point. But the more new comics we're making the more my help will show (hopefully).

I want to be helpful.

*stoicly* Remember, Ayasu... with great power comes great responsibility.

Also great puns. Great puns lead to great responsibility.

And bad puns. Bad puns ESPECIALLY lead to great responsibility.
