The first year I went to PAX in Boston, the guy was digging through my backpack, points at a handheld and asks "What's this?" So I answer "PS Vita, game machine", then he keeps digging, so I volunteer that "This is the PSP" thinking that he was interested. He just looks at me straight and goes "Shut up and let me ask the questions". Yup, no small talk there, simply answer the questions they ask and keep the rest to yourself. I also had a weird experience back from Las Vegas. They had a paper with questions on it, and one of them was "Are you bringing back any merchandize". Well, yeah, I bought stuff there for some 300$ total. So I mark yes. Then they tell me that it's only for merchandize I intend to SELL in Canada. Well, where is that specified? So I ended up having through a different line to fix my mistake. And it was already 3am by then. Ugh. |
