Title: World of Warcrack?

Hopefully, everyone's been keeping safe and warm from the recent weather everyone's been getting. Here in Austin, everything ground to a halt. I was supposed to go to work at 5 -- that didn't happen because the GameStop where I work closed early due to bad weather...

But, yes, it's true. For the better part of the last week or so, I've been playing WoW. Quite a bit, actually. Now, I'm still playing FFXI. I love that game more than any others, but every once in a while, you need a break.

Mostly, I wanted to see some of the new content added with the latest expansion, The Burning Crusade. Though, I can't get through the Dark Portal yet, because you need to be level 58 for that, so I hear. I can, however, play as the two new races, the Draenei and the Blood Elves, and I can see their cities and some of the new monsters added with them. I haven't played as a Draenei yet, but I have played around as a Blood Elf. I think I might actually stick with that for a while, after I get my current Night Elf to at least 60.

DAAAAAAA-- no, wait.

*pets Ser* Mew, Muffin cannot afford monthly fees. Or at least, Muffin cannot afford the initial $50 or whatever investment ...

It's a $0 14-day free trial initial investment. And only $20 to buy the base game. The BC X-pack isn't of much worth until you max out a character. But whatever. XD

WoW is seriously one of the most creepy games out there, because it's so addicting.
I'm afraid to play it. I probably won't play it until I get to a point in my life where I have too much free time. Until then, I'm not going to play it.

I used to...until I dropped that and picked up another character slot.  It lost its novelty that it had in FFIX.  :-\
