That Damn Zombie Saga. The beginning of my first real, beefy storyline that didn't conclude within five comics. In fact, it came out mondo epic.
This also, alledgedly, is the story that drew the most readers to our comic. I think it's really when TUC came into its own. It also firmly establishes my tradition of a punchline every comic, all the time, no matter what. Even BnG misses one or two comics with the funny, BUT NOT US! ;D

Ah... TDZS, my favorite story arc in the comic thus far. And the longest, I think. I still have plans on animating this out. Eventually.
