So finally got around to playing MSG5 (Phantom Pain, not Ground Zeroes), and this pretty much happened during an outpost clearing. Tranquilize the guy, but he doesn't fall over. Suddenly pulls a grenade, and after unpinning it, he falls over without throwing it. Highly amused me because while I don't know how these things work exactly, I'd think there'd be some drowsyness before knocking you out. I mean, shooting in the head, okay, immediate knock out. But if you can move for almost a whole minute after being shot in the knee, I think you'd start to feel sleepy before you fall over. So unpinning the grenade and then falling over... sounds pretty dumb, but highly amusing. *Waboom* is something typically me, should amuse those that raided with me.
